Indicate the relationship to you; i.e. daughter, son, sister, friend, neighbor, etc. Give phone number/s (cell, preferably) and indicate the area in which the contact persons lives. Address not necessary, just area, such as: Bethesda, Rockville, Silver Spring, Olney, Laurel, Virginia, etc. This is confidential information, intended only for emergency use by members of the Woman’s Club of Bethesda.
